Questions, answered.

Is Foxspend free?

Yes. Logging expenses and income, charts, a budget, reminders and Face ID lock are free, with no ads. Premium adds the AI assistant, automatic tracking and removes all limits.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Tracking works without internet. Only AI features and live exchange rates need a connection.

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone. There’s no account, and Foxspend doesn’t keep your transactions on a server.

Is the AI private?

Only the text or totals needed for an answer are sent, and they aren’t stored. All numbers are calculated on your iPhone.

Which iPhones are supported?

Any iPhone on iOS 26 or later.

Can I use my currency?

Yes. Any currency can be your main one, even on Free. Premium adds multiple currencies with live exchange rates.

How does automatic tracking work?

It uses Apple’s Shortcuts app. Set it up once with the in-app guide. After that, each bank payment SMS is recorded, and double-tapping the back of your iPhone saves the payment on screen.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings › Apple Account. Lifetime is a one-time payment.
